When browsing our Site

Online Public Discussion Participants

The Site utilizes the Disqus comment sharing platform to Guest users in the online public comment section of the Site. Users need provide no information to read comments posted in Disqus. To post comments or remarks in the online public discussion sections within the Site, you must first register an account and create a profile on the Disqus comment sharing platform (a separate process from becoming a registered Site user). Becoming a Member of the Naval Institute

When you join the Naval Institute using our secure online membership form, we request certain information of you, which may include, for example, your name, address, phone number, date of birth, and email address, your rank and service branch (if applicable), and credit card information. Emails from the Naval Institute

To receive emails from the Naval Institute, you must provide us with your email address, and may also be required to provide your rank, service branch, year of birth, and address.
