Mr. Booth is a career national security professional who formerly served on active duty as a commissioned U.S. Army armor and cavalry officer. He is a distinguished graduate of Command and Staff College—Marine Corps University, where he was a fellow in the General Robert H. Barrow Fellowship for Strategic Competition and the Brute Krulak Center for Innovation & Creativity; and a scholar in the Gray Scholars Program—Advanced Studies on Social & Political Conflict.
