Dr. Bryant is a social and behavioral scientist and information operations effects specialist currently supporting the Deputy Commandant for Information. He is an adjunct assistant professor at Georgetown University. He holds a master of science in psychology and a Ph.D. in cellular and behavioral neurobiology—psychology. He served as an Army intelligence officer from 2010 to 2014.
