Lieutenant (j.g.) Douglas is an officer in the Information Warfare Community who graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2021 with a degree in cyber operations. He also holds a master’s in politics and international studies from the University of Cambridge and is currently in school at the Center for Information Warfare Training.
