Ms. Martha Tomson Rodamaker, also known as Marti, has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of First Citizens Bank (Mason City, IA) since 1997 and its Chairman since March 2013. Ms. Rodamaker joined First Citizens in 1992. She spent five years working as a Commercial Banker and Internal Auditor at Norwest Bank in Minneapolis. She has an extensive history of working with companies in northern Iowa and through her education and years of experience offers . . . a broad base of knowledge about all facets of business. She serves as a Board Member of First Citizens National Bank (Mason City, IA). She has been a Director at Winnebago Industries, Inc. since December 2012. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA in finance from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.Married to Bill Rodamaker and have two daughters, Mackenzie and Meeghan.
