A graduate of the U. S. Na­val Academy in the Class of 1942, Captain Frank A. Andrews, U.S. Navy, served in destroyers and submarines during World War II. His subsequent duty includes CO of the USS K-1 (SSK-1) and the USS Harder (SS-568); Submarine Program Officer, DTMB; P.C.O. Instructor, ComSubPac staff; and ComSubDiv 72; and Head of the Science Department, U. S. Naval Academy. He is presently the Commander Submarine Development Group TWO.
