Mr. Pearson has more than 15 years of experience leading capability-building programs in the defense, public, and tech sectors. He served as a junior officer on board the USS Seawolf (SSN-21) and, more recently, as the peer-to-peer learning lead at Google. He received his master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education’s Education Entrepreneurship program.
