Commander Dahm is a senior resident fellow at the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies and a lecturer at the George Washington University. He was a career naval intelligence officer and served as assistant naval attaché in Beijing, China, and as the senior naval intelligence officer for China at the Office of Naval Intelligence.
